Great exposure to Design industry and personal development and growth

Great environment, challenging and lost of corporate changes, but now in right direction. Building moral and optimism been a big focus, great expertise and support to staff, been rocky but worth it.

Great learning curve and potential to grow

Opportunity to grow yet we dont work in the South African context. Free coffee 👍🏽 Typical day would be to work. No time to socialise or communicate with other disciplines.

Cons: They are not concise in their job stabilization. At the moment i am in limbo.

Excellent learning vurve

Works as part of an engineering design team, leading work on defined segments of a project with limited guidance and supervision of a Senior Engineer or nominated supervisor. Role also includes responsibility for Statutory Authorities approvals, site back-up and mentoring of junior staff members.

Pros: Great job opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent introduction to the industry

Learnt an understanding of how the industry works, which also showed I have so much more to learn. You cant always trust anyone you want. There are a good few souls you can but only due to the Line managers approval. Lots of Bureaucracy involved, however it occurs very subliminally.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain international experience
Cons: Not enough resting hours provided

High stress environment. Demanding deadlines. Long hours Work on different types of projects. More than one project at a time. Coordinating with other disciplines.
