In security there are a lot or challenging time,As it is the face of any company.
Typical work Day Always busy with new clients as the company is growing everyday. Relationship with Co-worker As a Team Leader i have to make sure that i treat every one equally and lead by example.Working with different people from different back grounds is challenging and as leader you have to know you staff individually. Enjoyable Moments It is encouraging when management coming down an acknowledge the good work the staff has done.It makes Staff to do more and excel on the daily job. The Challenging aspect The most challenging situation is when you loss colleague in the armed robbery,cause as a controller or Leader you have to contact all managers,client,SAPS,Medical Personnel and family concerned.
Pros: i started as security officer,promoted to Control room operator and now Team Leader
Cons: The hours are long,but when knowing what you are doing make those hours invisible

I enjoyed working at SSG , because I've learned a lot from there,the stuff is welcoming and friendly,i know know what hygiene is because of SSG,i ve learned client care and work u dear pressure there ,they pay you on time .great benefits

Reporting to one of the depot and taking care of and making sure that the depot is running smoot. Have a very good relationship with each member at my work place good communication and good trust between us. I have learn to have good listening skills and good communication. I enjoy seeing the people happy at all times. Challenging for me is to make sure staff members follow instruction.

Working in a warehouse its an every day challenge that i really enjoy the most.
i work as a warehouse supervisor in a big Imperial warehouse with more then 50 people everyday and it comes with so many challenges because i make sure all staff get to work on time wearing full uniform.Then that when the challenge begins.

Excellent learning curve, good relationship with co-workers
Days there are awesome, always learning new things,great relationship with co-workers, I've learnt to work under pressure without fail,I enjoy workington capturing truck movements and also monitoring stock movement, the most challenging aspect is when the client gives us work that is not meant for us.
Pros: Opportunity for promotions are great and the managers are understanding
Cons: Long working hours and moody clients.

A typical work day for me is safety meeting in the morning toolbox talk then the day starts meeting with supervisors. then work on the key areas of responsibility. follow up on the progress. attending budget meetings, and progress meetings , making sure all sup contractors paper work up to date and in on time, making sure that all contractors safety up to standers relationship with all the employees is firm but fer i do bereave a happy worker is a good worker what i have learnt in my life time is never judge a book by its cover . i like Wat i do i love my work and love doing it. every day is a new challenge .

Learn me the basics
I like to work in a team. I have good leading skills. I love to work with people. I am not a control freak. I am very caring. I always go an extra mile to do something right. "Don't work hard , work smart" I believe in myself and always push me to the limits. The company I have worked for did things on the wrong way. I am a honest person so that bother me. I'm a go getter in life. I just like the fact of learning new things as the company. I have learnt to work with other people and to do invoices.
