It's a learning experience

We work with projects, so we're always on a tight budget and we need to do installation, programming, configuration, commissioning and handing over mostly in 3 days. I believe that I've learned lots in the past year than 8 years before that.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: No overtime paid
