Checking my drivers frequently, satisfying my client, always following up with everything

My work day starts at 5 o'clock in the morning, when i start to to plan my day, doing route planning for my drivrers, following up if everything is still in order, or any concerns that i must know off, i process the paper work that my drivers send me, and handle the queries there is. Between everything i multi task and do diesel consumption checks on my drivers and check for speeding reports, i always stay in contact with my drivers, so that everything goes according to plan. Always make sure my driver take care of his vehicle as if it is his own, and immediately make contact with me if something goes off track. I will always under promise and over provide my customers so that they can be satisfied with their service i give them.

Excellent learning curve

Not a good company to work for,the so called General Manager has no clue of Logistics and how to run Operations,staff turn over is very high as they lie to get there employers to get the job done.Very corrupt company to work for hense can't work for them.
