Many years in this organization and i have been groomed by the best indivisuals

It is a public service organization,with approximately 1000 employees. It comprises of different unit. I`m placed in security services. I enjoy my duties with passion, travelling a lot to conduct security audits/assessments, though it is not part of my performance agreement. Nonetheless i take initiative because we have 4 officials,of which 2 of the are women. One cannot drive,whilst other is a has fear of driving in long distance. We have a close solid relationship ,and support each other in the interest of our unit and service delivery. I`ve learned a lot with regard to the security at large and it contributed more into my studies in practical terms. It is a challenging work considering a limited number of officialsespecially when we have to travel long distance with a view to cover most districts in a day or two

Pros: I`m very ambitious and looking forward to go in this field
Cons: Being away from home not more than three days

Five years experience in Human Resource Provisioning as Generalist

Being a generalist was beneficial in learning more into HR at a broad spectrum. There we challenges and pressure especially with regard to recruitment and selection and other projects. There was limited opportunity to grow in the organization. We wee a team of less than 13 but the relationship was absolute great, working together and helping each other to achieve the unit goals . I've leaned a lot,especially from my ex manager in HR , implementation of policies,administration of duties and writing letters as well as the submissions.
