Manages the switchboard, managing the engineers schedule, data entry

I get along very well with my Co workers as well the the account managers.A typical day for me would be constantly on the phone trying to solve the clients problems and escalating unsolved issues.

Pros: We a close knit "family "

I have gained insight regarding work ethics, governance structures and protocol and above all the ability to work as a collective. I believe team work is essential in all working environments and I am certain your establishment is no exception.

Pros: We are helped by the Company to obtain the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to realize our full potential, develop on all levels and subsequently enhance the performance in both production and performance management streams.
Cons: We are allowed an opportunity to do a self study.
