Moderate experience

I am currently at a small to medium sized company, with 3 permanent staff. My experience at my current COMPANY is satisfactory. As is the case in our industry,.everyday is fight to meet deadlines. The differing array of projects are an advantage, although I would love to be involved with a company with a bigger staff community and positive culture with more colleagues to share knowledge with and bounce of ideas and soaking on the senior employees` knowledge hence bringing value to the company and the industry as a whole.

Pros: Great opportunity for growing with the company.
Cons: Long working hours and a structured admin environment and management of projects could be improved.
