Learning different application since I work for a consulting

I start my day by attending daily stand up meetings to give feedback on the progress of the project that I'm currently busy with and over a period of six months I have learnt to work on a system that was completely knew to me of which is Ab initio and learnt a lot from my fellow colleagues since we share the knowledge we have with each other.I love what I do since I know that if I deliver quality to whatever I'm testing it will be very beneficial to the clients that the company I work for offers services too and the most challenging part is sometimes being treated like an outsider since you only at that company as a consultant.

Pros: Working with different clients
Cons: Building relationship with people and having to leave for another project at a different client

Growth and training

On a day to day basis I facilitate daily stand up, do source to target mapping. Attend CAB meetings on behalf of the team. Create user stories for the requirements and also document them on TFS and on the board. I deal with the product manager and development team on a day to day basis.

Pros: Training is available to all
Cons: Salary is not fair
