Am a hart worke

I like to work end i can do my job i know the safety i know the rigging equipment the chain bloks the lever bloks cherkels end many more I know if you go modern 1.8 level you must use a safety harness end if go up to a truck you must use a step ladder before i start work i have a permit to work i must sign a dsti before i start work.

Good morning guys you be happy to have me by your company i promise you. I really know my job. I have experience of working @ kusile power station for five years i start work @ cosira group then after saxeni crane then after spx db thermal.

You will not be ashamed i working for cosira group end saxeni crane here end spx db thermal i have good experience of working at kusile power station i at kusile power station five-years I know the rigging equipment i know what must i do when is the first of every month.

I work at kusile power station for more than three years i work for cosira group and saxeni crane here at cosira group as a assistant rigger same at saxeni crean here than saxeni promote me material control then thay dimope me then i work for spx db thermal as rigger assistant then thay promote as a rigging storeman.

Exellent learning curve

being in the SPX Corp/DB Thermal organization as an welding and painting data capture its being a life changing experience as I have learned a lot in how to work with different kind of personalities and facing the challenges along with the consequences of my choices how ever I have learned that in every Dept. in the organization there is a Purpose including working as a team in order not only to benefit an Individual but the team players and the organization it self ,in my case I like to call it the 'Win win situation to both Employer and the employee, also meeting our targets on given appropriate time as we have being working with Air leak test ,Mechanical completion as per unit in the PowerStation-Kusile

Pros: grate oppotunity for growth and promotion

Excellent learning experience

I have a very good relationship with my co-workers, I always do my best and what's expected of me, I've been learning to organize and doing admin work, learning to capture all relevant and important data onto different systems and databases, planning and performing, creating schedules for all work that's outstanding and what needs to be done to meet the targets that's necessary and important. Compiling of databooks and weekly presentations as well as updating dashboards. I work well under pressure and still do what's expected even without supervision.

Pros: It will be great if I can get a permanent position and get more experience in other work environments
Cons: I am willing to work long hours in order to finish what's expected

Good work relations, there is room for improvement if opportunity presents itself

Its Challenging in a good way, Able to work under pressure and a good support system from other colligues, You are able to meet dead lines on a day to day responsibilities and friendly colleagues same race other only few based on the personality. I have gained a lot of insight with regards Document Control and planning your day to day schedules. But its Mostly Challenging when you have to meet a tight deadline (last minute).

Cons: Its Always hectic
