My duties was to clean tables and take dishies to the kitchen I more about direct approach towards customers and customer service . My relationship with core workers is to make sure that we interit each other I enjoy meeting we people . The most challenging aspect work extra hours every day .

As I mentioned above I can work with people. I like getting the job done. I respect people around me, my job, mostly I respect time. I enjoy having people around me

Learning curve

Hectic working with people who don't take their customers seriously, working environment been neat always, making sure the complaint is talking care of , quick service

I have learned how to deal with different customs

h night and day shift i have learned how to manage different situations and how to deal and handle customers. in the time that i have spent in this industrie i have really enjoyed meeting all kinds of people with the same goal to get the good service they deserve.

Pros: I looking to grow within a company and make my mark.
Cons: long hours come with good pay.

More skills and knowledge on creating nice and attractive display

Everyday is the same meeting and greeting of new and regular customers,service delivery as fast as we can with my lovely kitchen staff with their performance up to standard and my lovely cahiers who ensure that my customers always pay their bill and leave the shop smiling then its gudby tnx c u tomorrow

Chief director

Basic needs of the company, experienced on customer service and speed of service. Building a positive relationship with the customer while on duty. The best moments I have ever enjoyed at Spur. When regular customers give me a great wonderful compliments. Head office compliments. Challeges that I have met during my shift, when customers giving you a hard time such as changing their orders unexpected. shouting you infront of other customers. What I have learnt is that the customer is always right. Never argue with the customer. And working as a team. Always wear your smile that shows a good sense of humor. It has always been fun working with my co-workers, everyone would mantion his or hers experienced per day and we would laugh about it. It was my biggest moments when I got promoted as a chief director, Head waiter.

A typical day at Work

A typical day at Spur A typical morning shift starts at 06h30, I unlock the door,disarm the alarm and then I do a quick walkthrought checkin the cleanliness of the Front of house. I then proceed to the back of house check on cleanliness and identify area that need to be cleaned. I At 06h50 I switch on all equipment needed to start trade. I then forecast the required stock to run the days business smoothly and issue the stock accordingly. I check on all stock for quality and freshness. At 07h45 I hold a quick staff meeting 'at this time I discuss issues such as complaint, puncatuality, personal Hygiene, give motivation and inform of any specials or bookings.

Pros: I got to learn the importance of good customer service toward promoting brand loyalty and maximizing profits
Cons: work load and remuneration dont justify each other.
