Excellent working experience

I've learned to interact with customers on a daily basis taking telephone orders , handling queries, etc. Building great relationships with customers. To be a great team leader ,to listen,to motivate my team to stay positive,focus,customer orientated, excellent telephone skills,to be patient. I've enjoyed the little bit of quite times with my team just to have a good laugh at the end of a busy working day to appreciate each other ! To cope under the pressure of 600-2000 incoming calls each and every day ! To overcome the pressure of volume of customer service that need to be delivered every day .

Pros: No opportunity for growth
Cons: Very long hours and weekend,public holidays

They learn me alot and i am very greatfull of the oppertinarty that they cave me.

Like working with the people and my relationship was very nice with them. I have learnt a lot from the staff, and the bass. I enjoyed the most to helping the clients when they got in to the store. And my most challenging moment was to create things for them.

Pros: Making the window up and advertice the spesials.
Cons: Yes work overtime as well.
