Wonderful new expierence

a typical day at work will be coming in the morning greeting everyone ,making tea,login on to check all emails as all work is done via emails then that what you do the hole day receive requests to quote confirm and amended client requirements.if confirmed i need to request for final details from the agent requesting the booking on behave of the client in order to create a waybill for my drivers,i also have to allocate a driver that has a good relationship with the clients if they have previously worked with them, then comes the most frustrating art of the day : invoicing clients for the work done as they will look for any excuse to cut the cost to close to nothing. dealing with all major clients is also interesting and challenging as you have to ajust to all the different needs and requuirments

Pros: no promotions ,no incentives no benefits
Cons: long working hours and including standby on a daily basis
