I get along well with my colleagues ,and enjoy working with them as we have alot in common
I begin most days by coming in to the office early to make sure everything is ready for our first walk in clients .this includes going through my duties schedule , and looking through our office scheduling system to check for any changes. I do a similar task at the end of the day: I respond to any messages in our scheduling system. The majority of my duties include assisting clients, both in person and on the phone – and help address any issues. The most challenging aspect I actively sought out as a way to improve my leadership and presentation skills is to learn Point of Sales transaction(POS).I meet with smaller groups of my colleagues during the middle of the week to troubleshoot any issues. Along with constant interaction with my colleagues we make sure that we have completed all necessary communication for the week via email and in person, and create a list of priorities for next week.
Pros: I had a few bad experiences upon starting there when one specific colleague always scratched in my handbag.I addressed her calmly and respectfully and we resolved it immediately
Cons: My irregular hours due to me being a Flexi temp .
