Senior Sales Executive managing a team. Worked on a 5 events in our company,consistency in all shows

Currently I am.the senior sales person in my team. The usual day would start with a rev up session wherw we run through the sales process, daily objections faced and coming up with solutions as a team. Thereafter we list the top 6 goals for the day and use that as a guideline to what your focusses are for the day this exercise assists with time management. I have been at the company for nearly 4years I have worked and managed a few events however whenever the annual reviews happen they increase my work load and targets promising promotions and awards which never happen. I love what I do and do it with passion however I believe that rewards arr deserving to loyal hardworking employees to continue your business flourishing and ensure consistency in sales

Great oppurtunity to learn and grow in the finance world

Spintelligent is a company that organises events and conferences within the Mining, Power and Agriculture Industries. They bring together all market leaders of the relevant industries to do B2B matchmaking as well as networking oppurtunities for companies

Pros: Great environment and very friendly staff
Cons: No benefits Like provident fund etc

Pleasant and wonderful staff to work with

Preparation is always key to minimise the time spent on completing a publication. Hence I would check and rectify all photographs supplied before the commencement date of the publication. Working late at night has never been a problem as I always feel the need to finish what I have started before moving onto the next stage of the job.I have been fortunate to work with some competent people who will not hesitate to assist in making things happen promptly to ensure that everything runs smoothly. What I enjoy is the constant change in the style and design of the editorial pages to keep it fresh and interesting. To always meet company deadlines irrespective of certain challenges presenting itself has been something I am proud of.
