Was a great place to grow and learn interesting procedures.
Typical day at work.. very interesting as every day is different and comes with great opportunities to learn new things. You need to have a great relationship with you co-workers as you see them more than your own family so basically they are. I have learnt alot, you never have a problem customer, you have a customer with a problem that i can solve... I love seeing people happy with great service it just makes life Werth living. Dealing with accidents on the rd as we see alot of hectic sad deaths.. that is very challenging for me but that's a person with a problem that i can solve.

Gained a lot of experience
Good day, The opportunity that i had with my previous company allowed me to grow and gain experience not only with the task responsibilities given to me, but also how to work with different scenarios and people. It has been a very valuable learning curve and taught me a lot about teamwork, communication, responsibilities and commitment. I would like to share knowledge and ideas with working colleagues and maintain substantial growth in the workplace.

Love the self experianec
-A typical work day : hectic, busy - Your Relationship with co- workers : great ,get along with everyone, i just keep reminding myself (I'm here to do my job). - what have I learnt : A LOT , being put on the spot all the time and under pressure all the time , is a GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR ME. - what do i enjoy the most : the work experience i learn by being put on the spot. - the most challenge aspect of the job - Being DEMOTIVATED 99% of the time.

I have learnt alot while working at Spilltech they have shown me how to be a professional sales technician that can most definitely work under pressure multitask and work efficiently with no supervision. I love working with co workers or should I say my second family.. Excellent industry and ive grown with knowledge of the company
I enjoyed coming to work everyday and working at my own pace. I am very well organised individual and work well when relaxed. Im a peoples person and get along with work colleges very well. ive learnt alot within the industry and find it extremely interesting. In the process of learning about the company ive grown as person within my experience.

I enjoyed working with my last company due to the fact that it was a great learning curve for me and the management was always supportive. It was long hours but I managed, I also enjoyed working on various sites and my co workers were also great and friendly.s.

Its taught me to be my better self
Still contract based even though I've worked there over a year. No medical aid offer No annual increases The people see for their races only. I've made many good relationships with people. Its a very interesting industry. I really love what i do typing reports for clients and costing for jobs done. I have grown as a person working there its taught me alot about people and their characters. Most challenging is being put under pressure. Im a very organized individual who enjoys planning their day and when i have to stop my work to help someone with Thiers and don't get a reward back makes me fastruated because its like im staying in one position and where is the growth to earn more and learn more.
Pros: Interesting industry working hours are great 07:30 to 16:30

Spilltech is n environmental spillage company and have 19 branches overs South Africa with the Head Office in Durban and 2 orher offices in Gauteng and Cape town we as SHEQ Officer was implement n high quality of work to ensure the safety of our employees and clients

Costing, Report compiling and operational admin.
Terrible organisational culture and long hours with no pay for overtime. Weekends are compulsory sometimes with kong hours in between. The work environment is not conducive to young aspiring peofessionals to thrive or make an impact in the organisation.
