Difficult and not entirely willing for change

A very typical and always challenging environment with bossy management and confused shop floor.A very cultural shop floor which makes supervision very difficult and challenging as the chain of command is not clear nor followed at all the times.

Excellent learning curve

Manufacturing medicine and operating and packaging was exciting working with dead line needed to be fast always and always focused and determine while working with groups because various department it was wonderful spirit working as a family brings good results

Overseeing all aspects of the sales arm of the business.

Oversee all aspects of sales, P&L, New business developement, Key accounts management, Managing Regional sales managers, Tracking and putting together budgets for each financial year. presenting at Board meetings and attending Exco meeting weekly. Overseeing the commercial business.

Pros: I love the industry and sales is a passion of mine, managing people and data analysis are strong points.
Cons: none that pose any challenge
