Gained more confidence and team support

I have been in sales and marketing for at least 8 years now... Also doing administrative duties and capturing as well, have also gained a professional approach to dealing with clients and representing the company's I've worked for very well, have even achieved some compliments and awards in the last positions I've been at. Not only has my English has upgraded but gained the love of knowing and speaking languages like Afrikaans +venda and a bit of Portuguese, that's the benefits of working with people...and the passion of getting somewhere in life. I see myself doing administration duties as I've learned a lot that's where I'm currently happy at, I find sales fun, but hungry for change and greater opportunities. Excellent

-hard worker - i have learned more about customer service and how to deal with them. - I enjoy when i reach my target and make my customers happy when I help them out. - The most challenging part is when i dont reach my target and keep getting declines when i vet and refer. - Also there is no room for growthin my company.

Pros: The more you work the more you earn which is good.
Cons: Long working hours

Account Management 101

During the y startIn 2020 my line manager passed away leaving a terrible professional and mentor ship void in our lives. During this period, he was also looking after a separate project for the business as an Acting Account Manager, driving sales in a different part of the business. After his death, the Account Manager of our business asked if I could run the above position in order to maintain the deliverables. I did this until the Covid virus hit SA and the business took a decision to cut the new account due to financial concerns. Those 2 months taught me a great deal about management and account management that my prior history did not. s offDurin with diary During the year

Great experiance builder

- I would report daily on the regions sales and attendances. - I did daily store visits with training sessions to make sure all staff are aware of any changes to the company policies - I have learnt how to manage staff that I don't get the chance to see every day - Coming from a store management role, it was quite fun taking to the open road to see new places and visiting stores in outlining areas - The most challenging aspects of the job was training up staff who didn't have any technical background but had good sales skills

Cons: Was retrenched due to Specpack loosing their Edgars contract

Excellent learning curves

Working within my company can be quite challenging when we work according to a target.I am based in a retail store where customers come with intentions of buying a prepaid cellphone and i have to step in and convince them to take a contract which im good at but it gets tough when the declines are high.I have a real good relationship with all of my co-workers we basicaly family we help eachother where is needed.I have learnt how to work under pressure,time management and that in every working environment there should be good communication skills in order to be successful you have to put in effort.The most challenging aspects will be dealing with the cellphone repairs which you have no control of.

Excellent learning curve

Working for a big compony like specpack is an Honor. I Learned a lot from people across all spectrum. Im currently based within the edgars store, working as a network consultant, selling contact sim + devices. I love my work. I love the environment. Even though it gets lonely at some time. Im interested i growing. I would like to be guven an opportunity to grow as a akes man. Need a permanent job.
