My Responsibilities were #Activating Contracts.#Selling Cell C device's. #Activating Devices

I love working with people. And working for Specs pack allowed me to that.advising customers on which Deals will be best for there pocket! Advising customers and them taking and appreciating my advice best feeling in the world. The challenging part about my job was convincing the customer to get a contract phone instead of them buying it cash or on an Account. Fortunately for me that didn't get me down. I learnt that team work is very important in sales, so that you and your team won't have bad blood amongst you guys. Work out a plan before the day starts so we won't anger our customers.

Pros: hard work and quick learner
Cons: willing to go the extra Mail

Working as a group,being confident, understanding the customers needs

I like to work with people who always encourage me to do more than what I do, the relationship with my co-workers were good we were able deal with the challenge together, I've learned to treat every customer equally and and their needs

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Long working hours
