Excellent learning curve in a fast paced environment.

A fast paced environment. No day is the same as the last. There is definitely a structure for each employee, however, dealing with different people everyday, and meeting their differnt needs, not only teaches you problem solving skills, but also gives you the opportunity to work with and excel at many things. You learn to work well under pressure as each new week brings new targets, among the every day administrative duties.

Cons: Long hours, very little room for growth

Excellent learning curve

At Specifying Dynamics I have the opportunity to constantly up my knowledge. Our relationships with co-workers is very professional. Most challenging aspects of this job isnto constantly keep up target.

Stagnant

Good company but no room for promotion or even earning more. Controlled by hitler.... Management is ruthless and all staff members suffer under huge pressure.
