My CV does it for me Team player on workplace Adaptable to diverstay in workplace and with subordinates I enjoy a well functional workshop My biggest challenge in the workplace would be attitudes and laziness in workplace as u cannot change person attitude

daily tracking vehicles fleet 27 daily reprts co liase directly with the drivers and the deliveries any adhoc duties paperwork for trucks to botswana -clearing agents ect challanging aspect communication

Willing to learn

Reliable,accountability,integrity and sober habits. A team player as well as leader. Hard worker I don't drink or smoke but loves fishing.work load to be carried out on time. To teach a colleague what I learnt is the best experience for me and so shall we learn from each other. Transparency is important as I need to keep up with times and conditions. Negative attitudes is my down fall as I can't and do not believe in lazyness. Pressure about work will always be there but if u handle it properly and staff is motivated I believe it will be sorted and there would be less pressure if work is done properly
