Teaches a person to work harf

A day would be very long I had a great relationship with co workers I learned to work hard The most challenge aspects are on pay days when shoppers take food on trollies then leave them on passages and then we have to take them back so that we can repack them according to third order. That was very tiring and challenging at the same time

I get along with most of my co workers and im a very strong will person who enjoys challenges.

Spargs Superspar has been my first and only employment for the last past 8 years, I started here 6 months after I matriculated. I enjoy the management I work with as well as my co workers we are a office of 4 ladies and 1 male. I have gain a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience during my time at Spargs especially with my current position. I am a very determined and strong willed person which works well with my position as it is not always easy dealing with 300+ staff members with regards to their salaries.

Pros: Great management, friendly co workers, comfortable.
Cons: working weekends, not enough time spent with family. no growth potentinal.
