i am a hard worker attention to detail and i am a peoples person i always get the best out the the staff i work withyou have to be open to listen to suggestions and let the staff raise their opion

Pros: open to promotions we are a family yoy are allowed to give your in put and make decisions for the benefit of the company
Cons: working hours is not a problem you are allowed to go for multiskilling in other departments

People person enjoy the Retail hours

II like to work for the company was a previlige .my day and week I plan myself how worten I visit the stores and must just make sure the work get done With my co-workers I could work as as team and enjoy every minute of theat What i learnt was that every dan is a new challenge I could wok with people and

Pros: Oppertunity for promotion
Cons: That your company listen to hear what can be done extra to grow the company
