Good communication skills

working for the company is like a normal typical day. What is more important for us is to always keep the culture of the company.all core workers work in a team to make sure that duties are carried out sland we assist each other in any possible way. I had learnt a lot since I had joined the company . family is very important to us. one of the most important skill I had learnt is customer skills as well as communication skills. What I enjoy the most is working together as a team and helping each other were ever we can. I have to say working with retailers is challenging sometimes and day by day I am learning something new

Great way to start a career and development

- Every day is a little different, sometimes you get tired easily and sometimes its very tiring. - We have great communications although sometimes we have misunderstandings but manage to get to an understanding. - Ive learnt good communication skills, gained experience as reliable person and learned how to solve problems. -

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day is when I have interviews the whole day and still have admin work to be submitted. My relationship with co-workers was a reliable one, easy to communicate and worked effectively as a team. I have learnt to be detailed orientated and always being myself in any given situation. What I enjoyed most is the recruitment and selection process from start to placing the right candidate for the positions and creating activities to for employees to show appreciation for their hard work. The most challenging aspect of my job was presenting information in front of employees.

Excellent learner and fast learner

- There's always new things to learn from every day. - I've learned to live and associate with lot of people of different cultures. - Management is not spoon feeding and encourages growth and innovation form the employees. - Co-workers were friendly and challenging at the same time. - Having fleet break-downs during busy period and failing to meet customer needs was the hardest part of the job. - The most enjoyable part of the job was good relationship with drivers and management

Exposure to the work environment remarkable experience

spar improved my communication skills, interpersonal skills and working under pressure under minimum supervision. I’m a self-motivated and dedicated person who pays attention into detail and ensure that everything that I do is on point. As an Enthusiastic person who is passionate about introducing new things, forecasting, negotiating, selling, promoting and advertising that is completed by my good interpersonal skills I have completed a National Diploma in Marketing with Marketing Research and Sales Management as my major in 2015. I was elected and voted as a Sports House Committee Member at The New Residence of The Vaal University of Technology Main Campus and attended Leadership Training.
