Fast learner

We work normal hour a day shift the relationship with workers are good becouse they make you fill at home what i have learned from them is always be positive about anything in life and never give up or aproch any thing with negative feelings

I've learnt alot, experience in operation, industrial relations and HR as a whole

I deal with stores employees mostly, from recruitment, employees relations, training, hearings. I look after 2500 employees. I do employment Equity Reporting, WSP reports

Pros: Great relationship with different people

I am a fast learner

My name is Sonwabiso Somagaca. I am 30 years old South African who is independent. I have a skill of driving. I get in driving industry in 2015 because I felt that I like driving. Driving is my passion and I believe that driving it a gift I got from God

Pros: My Driving skill and loving of my work, enthusiastis that I am, being not absent at work with out a valid reason, doing my job in a proper way can lead me to get promotion
Cons: I used to work not less than 10 hours a day.

Excellent experience

I've learned a lot in this field I would like to know more, this job gave me the opportunity to work with passion I know how does working with customers is like I know customer service because of the job. I enjoyed meeting new people working with different people even if it was challenging but I was learning it made me grow

tI might not have a degree but I am brilliant at what I do. I have matric, SAMTRAC, other qualifications that makes me perfect for this job. I am goal orientated & have passion for this profession
