Excellent Learning curve

I have been working in the retail industry for just over two years now, its been a tremendous learning curve for me. Typical workday for me is to take care of my team, stake holders etc. Update relevant information on database. Arrange meetings and book boardrooms. Arrange travel and accommodation. Process invoices for payment. We are a close team, like family. I have learnt that we all come from different backgrounds and that respect and understanding one another is very important in the working environment. I mostly enjoy arranging events as there is quite a few happening in this working environment as well as meeting and interacting with new people as it is an forever changing environment. What i find most challenging is reporting to 5 managers and have to perform tasks and duties that carries almost the same urgency as the next and has to be handled as such and keeping everyone happy at the same time.

Pros: Nothing is the same, i learn something new every day
Cons: As the environment as well as Staff is always changing it is sometimes tough to stay above board and keep up

An excellent oppotunity to grow

i start work at around 6:30 store will then log calls regarding any issue retaliated to their store , I then troubleshoot , check hardware , network . I work very closely with my team members, we assist each other , if one of us is not the we cover and help out with work load there is a lot you learn on a day to day basis I enjoy getting results in solving any query possible , I enjoy being hands on and I always keep management updates at all times I think I have mastered all I do on a daily bases and also I'm the first point of escalation in my team I'm now looking for a new challenge something to keep on my toes "New problem/queries to deal with"

Learning and understanding all expect of cooling machinery is my goal

Refrigeration concept as thought me to want to learn more and study so I can improve my career realising the broad concept of cooling component a change of learning about the machinery in cooling drives me to want to work in other industry of cooling so I can learn more.

Pros: getting into the industry I had no idea of the industry as a all but been driven by pation I have gained so much in the process it as inable me to work without supervision and maintaing over 48 refrigerated trucks
Cons: my working conditions limits me into verturing for new challanges within the cooling industry there for I need a move to learn more
