A typical day will start of by checking stock levels for acuracy making sure all orders are loaded correctly on the system then organising the order make up team, also do checks through out the day to make sure house keeping is up to standard making sure that trucks are routed and loaded corrctly for optimal utilisation also do checks that invoicing are running smoothly Also check the chep acc for accuacy Take care of any disciplinary actions that might arise The thing i enjoy the most is saving costs and see people grow in the aorking enviroment I love working under pressure as ot brings out the best in me

I'm a hard working person

I enjoy my work . Find out what happened on the previse shift and tackle the day from there. See what jobs is set out for my team and do breakdowns thru my shift. Must also close all the open job cards which my team got. Learnt to cope under pressure.

Pros: good team work
Cons: getting wet when the plant is cleaned in the mornings and the have to go into the freezers

Good leaning cave

I would like to work for the other company, to get more experience, but yes l am working fine in my currant company. As I said before I need to gain more experience from the other company industry, I am a hard worker, I am able to work under pressure, overtime, take decision
