The company is a family business. There is no room for an outsider to progress.

As a second hand car dealership, the place is quite busy, competing with major dealerships like We Buy Cars. It requires very good communication skills, great attitude and patience for a good relationship with the clients. I have leant that all clients have their different requirements, as they have different personalities, each person must be treated according to their own and you must be a well focused sales man and pay attention to the client for you to know how each client like to be treated. In this line of business you have to enjoy meeting your targets the most. Just having no pressure on the results you provide meaning working smart each day as it comes to avoid last minute panics. As I mentioned before, we are a second hand car dealership, we get clients buying vehicles expecting new machines where as the vehicle was in use by someone else before them. This causes a lot of call backs and, in each case any call back is step back from your target.

Excellent speaking

I live working and learning new things. I'm open to being taught and being told when I'm wrong and accept my mistakes. I work very well with people and got good problem solving skills. I enjoy working and interacting with people and meeting new faces and characters

Fast learner, dedicated,

Team player with passion generaly i ascend with good training,particularly from a well versed trainer.Out spoken, dedicated and a fast learner. (On a typical day) Start of day daily duties read/respond to emails, clients update reports, answer calls, customer service and paperwork (sales/purchase agreement). And one thing i have learned is to deal with people (clients) on a daily basis, well spoken, calculate risks and time management. (Relationship with co-workers) every help, team player.
