Excellent learning curve

typical work day: deal with credit notes all day customer service in terms of making sure all clients get their supplies reconciling statements good working relationship with co-workers what i have learnt: working under pressure , communication skills and patience. working with people and giving good customer service is something I enjoy. The most challenging thing is having to juggle serving customers and keeping up with the paper work as a a Creditor's Clerk.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours. sometimes a promotion does not come with an increment.

Great team work

It is without a doubt one of tne best companies in the country and has taught me about team work and support. The experience gained in this company is imense as it doe not hand out your typical everyday routine duties. Each day is a challenge. New problems erect and employees are given the task to resolve such problems. I for one have gained a huge amount of skills on how to tackle problems from the simplest floor duties to the highest distribution/sales/logistics/accountancy duties.

Cons: Long working hours
