Good learning curve

I enjoy working in my company, because there is great opportunity of growth. Our chef always rotate us in order to learn everything that we cook in the kitchen. We work as a team. Our hours sometimes are very long so that we don't get enough time to rest. What i enjoy most is sushi because is challenging and fun, and i enjoy watching the look of people face when they taste it. I also learn how to multitask. The most challenging aspects is, not meeting the customer expectations. Customers are not always satisfied.
