Very stressful,high pace environment,

It is really sad to say this but i feel my company is very racial i have tried continually to prove myself and management does not see the efforts and the impact i have brought But iam constantly told of the salary i have been given and the opportunity given . it is demeaning

Excellent learning curve

AI enjoy my job although it can be challenging since I work in a student accommodation company, I encounter a lot of pressure as well as impatience however I take each day at a time a d I learn a lot from all of this. My colleagues are easy to get along with although we all come from different backgrounds and we don't have the same work ethics. I have learnt that when you do your job do it like you doing it for yourself and not your boss. The most challenging aspect about my job is having to do a job for a very long time and it becomes as if you are failing on getting that job done however the actual job is a big and long job not that you're failing. 8

Pros: I encounter different things within my daily duties whereby those things become a learning curve for me when I get to do a similar job to that particular job that was a learning curve.
Cons: Working 5 hours everyday due to the pandemic

Great working experience, got to working with a lot of professionals and learnt a lot, learnt the working conditions and environments depending on the location

Cons: Some places were too much depending on the weather temperature at the place where I was places at

Working in this industry its such a great opportunity.

-My typical daily work is to walk the building doing electrical inspection. - We are friendly people always happy but very serious when is coming on doing work. -I learned team work and how to take responsible when given a task. -meeting new colleagues working overtimes and doing fault finding -My job is not challenging that's why I am applying for other jobs there's no enough growth.

Pros: Firstly you get used into technology our work that we do you used tab to access the app. You get used to be time keeper because everything they do they monitor your time.
Cons: 8 hours
