There are opportunity of learning

I love working for south deep, I have also learned a lot in the finance industry. I would like to take my career to the next level and lean new things in this field of finance and also to get an opportunity to use the the knowledge and skills I have learned at south deep mine

Pros: There is not much opportunity
Cons: Normal working hours only on month end of necessary we could work long hours

Gained experience

working days were of favorable condition with good relationship among co-workers. I have gained lot of experience after working with experiences draughtpersons. And further learn more on business optimization as i worked close to System administrators.

I gave a lot of experience trackless to many people . Worked and enjoyed working under pressure Team work and safety was the main concern Safe production goals is what I enjoyed most.

Ready for new challenges & will to learn even more

As you can see on the attached cv, I've gained a lot & various experience through the challenged journey of AutoElectrical field. I've even managed to achieve Medium Voltage certificate, Motor protection & etc Through Trackless Mechanised Mining

Self motivated person

I am successful at functioning well within a team as well as maintaining a positive attitude, also dedicated, well organized and reliable person. I like primary and secondary support instol is the work I have done most. I will like to be given opportunity again to work on the mine.

Pros: I worked as HR Clark, I asked to be changed to drill rig/ bolter operator

Wonderful learning curve

It was my first experience in the mining sector and I've come to learn many things about the industry. .. it does not offer much growth to an individual, the corruption in the mining sector is enormous. .. thus mining employees die poor with nothing to show for the years of hard labour.

I'm learning more in diesel mechanic and I enjoy my because mostly I learn new things

Spending more time in the company at the same time not paying me for that relationship with co-workers is good. How to find faulty in a machines. To get a problem in a machine if there is a breakdown. The working areas sometimes is not good.

Cons: I'm working extra hours if is needed

Excellent learning curve

Good company when its come to developing its employees .Good management. Good relationship with co-workers.Team work is their first priority. And since it is a mining company they always comply to their values.
