I did inservice training at bakels

I have completed my National diploma in biotechnology at Vaal University of Technology. I saw the post online about your company and I would like to further my career at your company. The advertisement confirmed to me that at your company is where I always saw myself at. The following are the qualities that I possess, I have fulfilled the emotional intelligence decision making competencies and I adhere to instructions and I am obedient, good communication skills, high effective reading level, leadership skills, industrious independent and creative thinker, hardworking, able to work under pressure, time management and self-motivated and a great team worker and I am willing to learn new things and adapt to a new environment. Should I be given a chance I pledge to be competent and aiming in increasing productivity in the job of interest? If I can be given a chance to part of your company I declaim the production of the product of interest yield will increase and high quality products.

Pros: Its a great feeling to be at work
Cons: I enjoyed working long hours. As long as the job is available, i dont rest.

Excellent

Working at south bakels was a good experience though sometimes things were good and sometimes hard but as an employee you must know what you want in life and stick to what you what you want to achieve. The people i was working with were in between i cant really say much, but the working relationship was perfect. what i have learnt in life is that you must not give up in life no matter the circumstances that may come, if you want to achieve something you must not let anyone push you down because you will end up losing everything. What i enjoyed most was the fact that i was a driver but i was also given an opportunity ton explore things in the company like doing Tyre auditing, dispatch and petrol attendant and so on. The most challenging aspects of the job were long hours because you find out that sometimes you knock off at around 22:00 o'clock but other than that it was fine.

A typical work day.

As a quality control intern I was responsible for the lab chemical tests conducted daily, analyzing the results and writing down all daily records. Responsible of overseeing production processes for ensuring the high quality of products and monitoring the operations to ensure that they meet production standards.As a quality control intern I was responsible for the lab chemical tests conducted daily, analyzing the results and writing down all daily records. Pros: There was none as I had to go bavk for the last six months to finish up the course of my studies.
Cons: We would do twice the workload when we had audits coming up.

My daily tasks include: Demonstration Bookings Dairy Management Sorting Emails Loading of new deals Assisting the Sales team with queries Assisting the Branch Manager with daily tasks. Updating and sending out Costings and Recipes Assist the demonstrators with accommodation and samples. Customer complaints. I have a very close relationship with all my co-workers. I have learned how to work with all kinds of people, organizational skills, how to work under pressure, good time management skills, costings, and recipes, diary planning, minute taking, etc. I enjoy that I learned and grew with the company. The most challenging aspect of my job is to keep all the customers satisfied.

Pros: Great company perks. Large nation wide company.
Cons: No growth opportunities.

I was intelligent and I was proud of my job am hard working man

Am a hard worker and I love I was working 8 hrs per day and my relationship with my co workers was good we were respecting each other .the only thing that I learn it the company is to have good heart and good behaviour toward people and the experience that I have now.the things that I enjoy at work is when we help each other about work.

Excellent training and development

I am at the office early to sort through emails and approve deal sheets. I then see key account customers, chain store buyers and wholesalers. In the afternoon I talk to the branch managers ensuring that the branches are running efficiently. I also handle complaints and do promotions. I have a good relationship with MD and the staff at the depots. I try and promote training and I have a open door policy. I try to be sincere and honest and find that it works best for me. I really enjoy getting that big sale, especially if it is from the opposition. My biggest challenge is doing price increases with the chain stores and making the targets set out.

Adapt easily

Am currently a Warehouse supervisor with 24 Truck/Vehicle. Am doing fleet control on these Vehicles to ensure customer damage needs are serve in safely fast. The relation with co-workers is good as we culturally have meetings that will improve our fleet weekly meant. I've learned to be precisely when dealing with fats dispatch always plan in advance and have back up at all times To run smooth when going work lack of under when dealing with Accident, Traffic fine and Machining staff.
