In my previous employment I worked as a Senior Training Officer and I was assigned to develop a training manual of a machine that was new to everyone, I had to do a lot of research, learning and communicating with the experts of the machinery field. I learned that there is nothing that can stop me if I put my mind to it and if I am not sure about something its always the best to ask.I learned many things I didn't take too much serious before e.g learning about CNC machines.
Pros: Developing a very strong foundation in my career

Learning curve

EXCELENT LEARNING CURVE
Good Day I am Nothando Patience Mthembu.I am a young male,26 years of age who is very dedicated and loyal person.I am vibrant and well organised individual who copes well in pressurised situations. I am able to communicate on all levels and have a friendly and approachable disposition that allows me to get on well with other staff and clients.I am well experienced in computers and I am able to learn new program quickly and thoroughly. Great exposure
I supervise an operation to deliver a Cane testing service to both Millers and Growers for growers payment. I am a supervisor to a group of 18 people, I also convey information from the Manager to operational staff and vice versa. I also play a role in ensuring that the Laboratory complies with all Safety regulations as required by the mill . I am a very open minded individual with an attitude that makes co-workers want to excel. I have acquired great leadership , administrative and communication skills.

Excellent learning curve
Sasa is a very good company with great managers and supervisors. Colleagues are good people. I have gained a lot of experience since I started in 2011 fresh from varsity. I have made a great progress since I started.

Great Learning Experience
My work involves keeping up to date with the latest environmental and energy policy that affects or could affect the industry. Organizing of stakeholder engagements of attending stakeholder engagements on behalf of the industry. Within the department there is a great relationship of learning and sharing. What I have learnt - Having a multidisciplinary approach to problem solving due to the broadness of the portfolio consisting of both natural resources and renewable energy and my writing skills have been improving drastically. What I enjoy the most - meeting new people and travelling within the country. The most challenging aspects - Currently as the Natural Resources Officer, working without a manager after the end of my internship (January 2019). This has made being guided in the right direction challenging with no when in this area of expertise to assist within the department.

Excellent exposure
SASA has given me much more depth the finance field such as involvement with the annual budget and monthly phasing of it, the monthly variance reports, management of the fixed asset register, verification and tagging of assets, income analysis reports, analysing invoices, generating invoices, accommodation management for learners and petty cash management. We worked as an administrator team if 7 personnel under the Finance and Administration Manager. We worked well with each other on a daily basis. I enjoyed my job so much that I had to put in overtime to the extent of using the students residences on some nights to be able to meet deadlines.

Excellent
Productive, growth, achievement as i have went to several trainings and recieved certificates. We work simultaneous to achieve deadlines, work well together when we're under pressure, better in planning, supportive and always willing to help and learn from team members.
