Skills ,commitment and hard work
I have experience in operating microsoft word, excel, publisher and power point.I have been accustomed to working under pressure and have acquired interpersonal,delegation skills, creative ability and time management to ensure that work allocated is completed within a set time frame.being part of the hospitality team at the south african reserve bank during my learnership year has helped me become a team player and always cater for the needs of others ,this also tremendously developed my character.working directly with the manager of hospitality services i have learned to sit under authority and respect leadership. i have gained more experience assisting in events management and finance management and i am still willing to learn more in various fields.

Excellent learning curve
Being part of the hospitality team at the south african reserve bank during my learnership year has helped me become a team player and always cater for the needs of others ,this also tremendously developed my character. Working directly with the manager of hospitality services i have learned to sit under authority and respect leadership. I have gained more experience assisting in events management and finance management and i am still willing to learn more in various fields.

HR Business Partnering at SARB
Typical day as a Business Partner at the South African Reserve Bank Partnering with business to ensure that they meet their operational and strategic objectives. Typical day requires a lot around stakeholder management. Daily interaction with co-workers take place within the Centre of excellence. Relationship is a professional that revolves around respecting and supporting each other. Challenging in that most people have not worked elsewhere either than in the Bank. I mostly enjoy the consultative part with the line partners where the work involve requires my input on the core aspects of HR business partnering. Most challenging is getting line managers to understand that their roles are not just about operations and deliverables in that space, but largely about managing people and building collaborative teams that understand why their roles exist and how they best contribute to achieving the goals of division, department and Bank wide.

Hardworking person
have completed my Trade Test certificate section 26D from indlela test centre and N6 in Electrical Engineering. I have been trained in this field for 2 years at South African Reserve Bank (SARB) and South African Bank Note (SABN) as electrical trainee artisan. This has given me opportunity to develop knowledge and opportunity to handle difficult situations and grow myself with each interaction. I believe that I can make an effective contribution to your company, because of ability to work as a team. I am a hard working person and I prefer to meet deadlines on my tasks. I have good communication skills and highly motivated person.

Excellence in achieve accurate work
Reserve Bank is very big company, working i learned to work with different people and providing service to different people who come from different backround. Co workers were friendly and helping. They helped me how to develop yourself individually. Mostly i enjoyed the team building activities during team building functions. Challenges i found daily was that i sometimes came across jobs that i had to wait for materials from outside, which was taking long to complete my job.

Continuos improvement and excellent learning curve
Excellent working relationship with colleagues. Strict compliance culture Continuous engagement with senior management which is challenging due to their different expectations including the value add that is required. Continuous training and development due to the nature of the business and the regulations that one has to learn.

Excelling development opportunities
A very strict and controlled environment with protocol. Development and training driven environment. Rapid changing industry influenced by international best practice. So one has to keep abreast with international changes in standards. My days are filled with coaching and mentoring of colleagues and dealing with operational activities. Our internal audit department is filled with a positive and friendly culture where staff members are open to share information with one another, always learning from each other through various forums. Lessons learnt and what i enjoy - different business operations and keeping up with the central banking landscape changes. Being adaptable to new changes and organisational transformation. Challenges - keeping up with the rapid changes and expectations from the market.

I have 10 years experience in management (Assistant section head)
I have 10 years experience in management (Assistant section head), and negotiating joint ventures with authorised institutions. I was a member of the Department’s BRICS panel (5 partner countries)where we brokered trading rules, analysed contracts and set up the nostro accounts for multinational trading. This was done in a volatile financial market with different countries policies governing their currencies settlement instructions. Another major ongoing joint venture where I was a key member is the Gold trading agreements between the Bank, Rand Refinery and the SA Mint Co. I was tasked with monitoring and instructing business partners to regularly adjust asset holdings. I have rotated through various sections (including Internal Control) and I have gained valuable knowledge regarding the economic relationship between government and National treasury.
