This is the accurate experience i have and i believe the experience and knowledge that I have will make me a favorable asset in the organisation, I feel that I am most qualified to perform any RM positions with enthusiasm and thorough knowledge. I am experienced in document management, configuration management, project administration, internal communication and records management. I am now currently working under the Documents and Records Management Unit reporting to a Senior Knowledge Manager. I am fully committed to client satisfaction and can communicate effectively and operate comfortably in a high pressure environment and dealing with different queries simultaneously. In short I can juggle multitasks effectively and maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive materials and matters. In addition, I do not only intend to bring my records management skills but my disciplined and corporative attitude that I have displayed throughout my career.

Am a hard worker self-starter who strives for effectiveness and efficiency in whatever I do.
working at SACAA has given me a lot of exposure, I have a good working relationship with my co-workers and not only from my department but all the other department. What I enjoy a lot is connecting with other people both internal and external. the most challenging part is that am a leaner here, in my previous company I wasn't that exposed to HR but here I have been exposed in recruitment as well as training and development department, however this is a good experience for me

Excellent learning and managing documents and records
aManage records and shelve them accordingly. Catalogue records, and ensure shelve reading and evaluation is done in the shelves. Issue files when they are requested by clients. Attend to clients when they request files and returning them and ensuring that I provide best client service to clients. Ensure that records are classified according to Pilots and pilot licenses numerical and cabin crews for easy retrieval. Manage documents and ensure all the documents within the file are recorded on a circulation page of a record according to the type of document and date of document Ensure records are archived when new volumes of records are created. Manage time effectively and be able to work under pressure when two or more clients need help.

Daily routine
on a day to day routine I am answering telephone calls that are been directed from the call centre, I have learnt a lot to deal with all types of clients and making sure that before sunset I must make sure that the opened queries are closed before end of the day. what I enjoy most is that dealing with customers makes you to be a very strong person and gain more knowledge in how to help the clients. at the job site we do get different challenges everyday and one must have a way on how to deal with the challenges. work challenges makes you to grow and be strong.

Good company to work for if you are looking for a challenging environment
you are required to be vigilant at all time, enforce the regulation at all cost, while providing optimum customer service which does not bridge/infringe your work responsibilities and rules, regulation and code of conduct. Great atmosphere, exposed to different cultures and behaviors from people who come from all over the world. Good team to work with

Great work environment
It has a great working environment, my colleagues are great teachers because they taught me work and its easy to ask and get assistance when you are challenged at a certain area of yoir work, our managers have an open door policy so they are so approachable and i like the fact that we work in a team all the time and we attend courses to ensure that we grow in our field of work

Aplication of a Vacancy
Im a Licensing Officer at South African Civil Aviation Authority.My daily work is to Verify the application to renew and to issue new Licenses.I have a good relationship with my co-workers since our daily duty need us to work as team.I have learn a lot of thing at the Company and to my co-workers like,Team work,time management,paying attention in details.The most challenging aspects of the job is to work by Telephone,Emails ,post and couriers.

Working in a fast paced environment, not only means you must multitask but you need to be quick on your feet. Working on multiple projects sharpens ones skills, and allows the person to develop fully into what he or she is good at

Excellent and professional
Develop the skills on conducting audit ,Being knowledgeable about the regulations on safety and security of the aviation industry.security. The exposure i got when dealing with different client when comes to compliance and safety ranging from airlines,airports,mining,freight forwarders and security companies. i enjoy sharing the knowledge i have on safety and security with the other states especially international first world states.
