My day at Work
Work Starts at 8:00 but I am there at 07:30 to check the night shift performance and Quality issues that may attention, I have a great work relationship with other departments, we have a greeting culture and that simplifies life and enhance the relationship which is work based, I am able to reprimand and address my elders where necessary , work close with operations and most of the times I report to the team leader but go myself to address the operator and use that opportunity to educate on the job and explain the importance of quality an why it should be followed. I have leant that the WHY? is important to get a buy in of the organization and to believe and own what you do. my challenging aspect is dealing with difficult people.
Pros: There is a great oppotunity of Promotion, especial because i am about to obtain my B-tech in food Technology
Cons: I work 50- 52 hours a week and more during audit preparation

Not good
I have learned a lot at this company and has given me a chance to grow I am an independent person who can handle every duty by himself I have a good working relationship with everyone at my company and have not into any disciplinary hearing I work with Airconditioning unit we build them

I did my tourism ncv4 and I'm currently corresponding with Unisa studying financial management.
I am a 29 year old lady who completed her tourism ncv4 at ekurhuleni tvet college in 2015 and I'm currently corresponding with Unisa studying financial management I enjoy working with people and learning new things everyday I did my work based experience at bidvestt car rental and not so long ago I did data capturing on behalf of university of Johannesburg and gauteng city regional observatory I know I will bring excellent spirit into your company I am a very progressive person please find my application in good order I am a very ambitious person who is not afraid to learn new things and work under pressure.

Under paid
My normal workday starts at 07:30 in the mornings and knock at about 16:30 ,which is pretty OK I suppose. The relationship with co-workers its not always excellently enjoyable ,the reason I got them there being better skilled more than them ,I have drawn a lot attention from the bosses so this is not going down with them,as a result they started to hate me and some don't even talk to me,others are contemplating to resign,this has shown me the level of growth I have achieved in my career is something I am proud of and challenging at the sometime there goes a saying ,if can't difeat them join them ! This is what my co-workers should do ,let me lead them to Cannan !
Pros: I have been recognised ,but no promotion as yet .
Cons: Ha ! long hours ,sipping and drawing lot of energy .

Im a phase 3 welder with a N2 certificate.
Im a hatd working welding willing to do my best and give my best to the best of my abilities. Im willing to work hatd under any pressure or any inconvenience of circumstances to succeed in the best of my abilities.

World of opportunities
I currently work for SBV Services, a cash in transit company, one of the biggest in the country. Working for this company has taught me a number of things like team work, consistency, ensuring the company standards are met at all times. Team work is the pillar of the company, without it the company would loose a lot of money and client's needs won't be met.

I have worked with variety people and clients over the years..i have learned to be patient ..assist the clients and co workers with how small or big the job is..Sometimes we have to work the unusual hours and in difficult environments ... i would say that i love to look at the bright side of things ...I seek to pursue a career within your company. I am honest, reliable, dedicated, committed and punctual. I am able to perform under pressure and am confident. I pose strong leadership abilities. I am therefore keen to find a new and suitably challenging role within your company.
