Don't always have the support of senior management. Management is always looking at ways to reduce your com to benefit the company at employees expense.

Pros: To see the smile on a clients face once there car is upgraded
Cons: No overtime, make changes to company rules that affect your pocket.

Passion

My typical day at work would be to make sure all stock is filled, liaise with the different branches, assist customers with products. I have had a good relationship with my co-workers I learnt a lot about the high end products they sell and built a lot of relationships

Great learning opportunities

Typical day My relationship with employees is excellent I've learnt is how to handle customers and how to upsell. The thing like the most is the type of items that we sell The most challenging aspect of the business is to convince customers on purchasing hi end products
