Working at Soul City has given me the opportunity make a difference in the communities addressing health and development issues.this enables me to influence social behavioural change through various media.I am in great company of social activists.though I bring extensive experience from the corporate sector,the most challenging aspect of the job is the donor driven environment.

Passionate about improving people's lives

Working for one of the leading health and Ddeevelopment NGO's in Africa gave me an opportunity to outlive my passion of helping chnage peopl'es lives for better.I engage with various Ngo's ,Government departments and Communities.I also manage the warehouse,logistics and the national distribution of IEC material and also coordinate events.I enjoyed a great working relationship with my colleagues and they respect my proffesionalism and work ethic i bring to the organisation.The challenge in the NGO world is always Donor funding and as a result,I was retrenched in April 2016

Cons: Urgent requests because of donor dependence
