I am up to any task in administration.

Debtors and Creditors Salaries and Wages Calculate all Statutory returns Draw up schedules for management and accounts. I have an excellent relationship with staff and co-workers I enjoy a "Challenge", being asked "can you do that" or "is that possible". it is this that drives me. I enjoy all challenges and try to make all tasks as easy and effortless to all staff. Spread sheets are my favourites.

Pros: It is close to home, the hours are flexible. The staff are all great people, easy to get along with. my job description varies from time to time, which is really nice. I do have the luxury of an assistant any longer, but the work load is manageable.
Cons: Being in the Retail Security industry, the staff turnover is very high. Having to communicate with the security officer, at time can be very difficult, since I do not speak any Zulu.

I am currently in the administration, involved payroll, debtors and creditors.

I am a quick learner, and very versatile. I am currently working with Pastel Payroll and am also very good with spread sheets. I also to the statutory return. I am very accurate with figures.

Pros: the officer is in close proximatey to where i live.
Cons: there is no room for any higher position for me.

Administration

I am a fast learner and can work without supervision. I am a people person and work well with staff. I enjoy working with spread sheets and problem solving. I work well under pressure and enjoy challenges.

Pros: the tasks vary and offers a variety in terms of scope of duties.
Cons: the industry is not doing so well given the current economy.

Admin and computer orientated

I am currently the admin officer, whose duties include, salaries, debtors and creditors as well the statutory returns. I am proficient in Pastel Payroll and Express, as well as MS Excel and Word. I am a fast learner, work well under pressure and am very accurate.

Pros: its close to home
Cons: the industry staff turnover is very high

Currently responsible for payrol, debtors, creditors and statutory returns EMP201 EMP501 etc.

The job is very diverse, working with Pastel Payroll, dealing with pay queries. processing of debtors invoicing, ensuring that payments are received and processed. Processing of creditors invoices for payment. Monthly Uif, Paye and Sdl returns (EMP201 and EMP501) Bi-annual and yearly returns.

Pros: No chance of progress
Cons: hour are 8 to 4.00

Currently in administration

I am currently in administration, responsible for the following: Debtors, creditors and salaries. with all the statutory returns. I am proficient in MS Excel and Word.

Pros: five day working week, 8 to 4
Cons: no scope for promotion.
