I HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO ADMIN WORK AND ALSO DATA CAPTURING

I have enjoyed myself at SOSHAD CENTRE when it comes to data capturing because i really like typing it was a little bit advantageous. also let me not forget paper filling i did enjoyed a lot but the most challenging aspect was to help those disable students with thier wheelchairs because i never been exposed to people with disabilities but it has given me the platform to work hard respect other people, and understand that we are different and we all human being. lastly i had nice time with my supervisor Mr Maeta very friendly but sometimes tricky

Pros: no the Public institution is too small and i need a challeng

Doing Inservice training with SOSHAD CENTRE have helped me a lot to understand Admin work

it has been a nice journey working with the likes of Mr Maeta my supervisor amd we did have a good relationship but he was sometimes tricky. I used to do data capturing, paper filling and taking calls of the public institution. the most challenging aspect was to work with the disable people just because i never been exposed to those people but now on i have adapt and understand that we are all people thus i have to respect all the people and treat them with care

Pros: i was only doing my in-service training
