Great experience

We get along as colleagues and work well together. The only down fall is that after sometime in one place, one becomes stagnant especially when the company doesn't offer a lot of "room for growth". Although I must say that I've learned a lot about customer service and how to handle conflict and work hard for your salary as you determine how much you want to earn at the end of the month(commission based). Great and challenging experience!

Pros: Good customer experience
Cons: Long working hours

It's a good company overall

They are doing a great job employing and emporing women. Especially from other countries, like Zimbabwe and Lesotho. They are doing amazingly, even with their education programs and charity programs.

Pros: Opportunity to change career within the job.
Cons: Working on weekends and holidays

Learning on how to deal with the clients especially pn complaints.

Working at sorbet as an administration lady taught me to be responsible. To always check that the place is in order. To manage guests as well as staff members. It made to be responsible in time keeping as well. As I am the one who's opening and closing the building. I also learned alot in invoicing of orders capturing of stock using pastel

Pros: For being a highly responsible and loyal employee
Cons: Weekends I worked 10-7pm and weekdays 9-6pm

Great Learning experience

My day starts at 08:30 start by opening the store and counting cash float. Making sure that the citizens have all the necessary work equipment to start their day. Relationship with the co-workers is fine, any work place has its ups and downs its just a matter of knowing what you are there to do. I have learnt that everybody is different and it take patience and the ability to adapt to easily to environments unknown to you. I enjoy the different challenges that I come across everyday. I have always been a believer that challenges make you grow as a person and are a learning curve. The most challenging aspects of the job is always making sure that the guest are always happy when they leave the salon. That we have played a role in making their lives much easier (uplifting their spirits)

Pros: Amazing learning experience
Cons: Long hours and No room for growth

Punctual, hard working, works well with teams and I don't crack under pressure

A typical work day would be responding to emails, answering the phone, booking trainings, making appointments and doing sales. My coworkers and I have fun working together because we are a small group. I have definitely learned the hard way how to work under pressure and how to deal customer c I enjoy the admin part of my job mostly The most difficult part is interacting with customers but i am also quite good with that.omplain.

Pros: Communicating with a variety of people
Cons: Working Sundays
