Soonder Incorporated Reviews

Slow learning curve, no opportunity for growth.

Due to the fact that the firm is that of collections, legal practice is minimal, and most of the work is aimed at negotiation and mediation. As such, dispute resolution skills are priority and research skills are not placed in the foreground. While it is very rewarding to ensure that Pensions are paid by employers, the work is not for an individual who is seeking to develop legal skills in terms of practice. Work environment is relaxed and professional and space is given to learn to all individuals.

Pros: relaxed work environment
Cons: no chance of growth in the legal field.

Large Learning Curve

Great chance to develop knowledge of Pension Fund law, however no chance of becoming partner and increasing salary results in low or no opportunities for career development.

Pros: Great working environment
Cons: Lack of ability to develop
