Soonder Inc Reviews

Excellent starter for a legal professional

The firm I work for is a small law firm looking to grow. It consists of a close-knit collegiate environment due to the nature of its size. We work very closely with our clients and get to know their specific traits and personalities.A day at work involves meetings in the morning with the director to note all new action items to be undertaken on behalf of clients. There are many urgent matters that rear their heads from day to day which requires emergency strategy meetings following which, drafting to be undertaken. I manage the firm's list of actions to do. I have learnt great time management skills, above all else, the ability to be assertive with your time when there are many tasks to be completed. I enjoy the exposure to many different types of transactions that transcend the legal arena but delve into investments and corporate governance. The most challenging aspect of the job is being confronted for the first time with work you have never done as well as the time pressures placed for fulfilling tasks.

Pros: Great opportunity for interesting pension work, great colleagues, access to director and senior staff, exposure to different clients
Cons: Salary structure, leadership structure, no opportunities for growth, no incentives

Great learning curve

Working at Soonder Inc comes with a lot of work generally. It requires one to be diligent, always think on your feet and and have speed to meet deadlines. My co-workers and I are like family, we work as a team all the time. We have also adapted taking work home whenever there is a need to do so, and we are at work an hour early so we can finish whatever that we could not finish without the system that we use. Working at Soonder Inc has taught me how to think on my feet, to be a brilliant negotiator and also persuade Employers to come to meetings. I have also learnt how to work under pressure. I enjoy learning something new and exercising patience with the Employers. The most challenging aspect about my job is having employers not paying their debts and having to explain that to the employees.

Pros: Great team work
Cons: not getting leave days
