Learning curve

Supervision of 20 staff on a daily basis i don't have any problems working gor the company it just the fact that there is no opportunity to grow in this company I have a good working relationship with my direct manager. Just looking for growth and more money What i enjoy most is training people share all my experience with them

i have been working fo the company for the past 3 months

I am involved in the continuous improvent and creating SOP coming up with possible effective and efficient problems. daily production report. there is juast a lot of factory, calculating and monitoring the down times.

Pros: great experience exposure
Cons: working with racist and ill mannared people
