I strive myself for excellence and passionate about my job and am very driven towards any goals put before me. I love teamwork and nothing else. I strive to keep up the spirit amongst the team making the work environment enjoyable.

Pros: In plain simply terms i will love to climb the ladder in my division as warehouse manager one day.
Cons: There hasn't been a day in my life i never refused to work late or Saturdays for any company so long i been taken care of.

Its a great company to work for. Just office staff is sometimes full of tricks regarding overtime pay or sick pay or hours worked.overall d staff are like family.

Its been a great learning curve.

Its a great company to work for however there are limited opportunities for growth. More skills development needed & more employee benefits. A great bunch of people to work with, with years of experience with in the company.

Gaining experience

This company has been good for me in terms of learning experience and gain experience. I have learned a lot but would prefer a place that respect education : graduate need to earn better than what qualified professionals earn at this company. Money is the manin reason why this company has high stuff turn over. There's little room for growth.

Excellent learner and fast

I great the team work within the company. I love my staff that work with me we have a great relationship then know my weak points and never want to get to that point in there daily work. I take my work very resource and always take it to the next level I love challenges within my job which I create myself. always have innovations to better the goals within my department.

Pros: there is everyday a challenge and we invovations to avoid problems and issues and waste
Cons: no management support
