I''m employed as production planner at Sondor wich gave a nice experience I have learn too many things like trust, respect, how solve problems and what to do when come across the difficult situation most impotantly is to calm down try to get the full story then solve the problem. relationship with other co-worker i was making sure that i keep it in good condtion which will help to work together with them and we can produce more job than expected.

A work day as a SHEQ Officer

Morning work abouts identifying and correcting unsafe acts or unsafe conditions is the best way to start my day at work. Having to positively impact someone to work safe and to prevent a workplace incident or injury brings me joy. Encouraging individuals to be more safety conscious has become one of my strengths.My moto is proactive is better than reactive. Challenges are faced when there is a system change. Introducing something new into the workplace. Selling a new idea to Management and then to the workforce.

Good learning place for beginners

Interesting workday. Good relationship with workers and they respect decisions I make even when they disagree. Sondor not supporting innovation. Decision making freedom. Perform best efficiencies with very low educated team.

Team work,Time management,process continuous improvement , What I enjoyed most as one of my responsibilities was to conduct a behaviour based safety check to make sure that the environment is safe for use

Pros: It's a good company to obtain knowledge about your career
Cons: They don't take interns to be permanent employees

Excellent learning

i had a good relationship with my co-workers and I learn different culture also to accept people who they are.To be more diversity. The most thing I enjoy was Training people see them improving day by day. most challenging aspects quality issues

Pros: There is great opportunity for promotion,job always advertise internal first.
Cons: 12 hours per day
