Amazing opportunity
A typical work day would be to get in contact with all the clients that I have been assigned to for that specific month, seeing that I dealt with them within the second month of the process, it was still very new and they wanted to be kept updated with every single detail, ensuring that everything is running smoothly. Creditors also needs to be contacted to ensure that they received the nessasary documents to more the process forward. Because it's not that big of a company we were very close as co-workers, having lunch together, helping each other when needed. What I enjoyed the most is getting to know different types of people via communicating on the phone, all people from different walks of life With being new to the industry and not knowing anything when I started, getting to know how certain things work and how people are actually suffering financially in our country is so sad but eye opening as well.

Have learned a lot
I really enjoy talking to customers and when they reach out to me with their problems and advicing them how to manage them ,What i have learnt is that customers are more important that lunch times or any other times first deal with customers problems before you take your time off
