Manage full reverse logistics process for all repairable parts and tooling from unserviceable store to either repair, exchange or calibrate Vendor within time limit targets as set from time to time and per responsibilities advised by Rotable Assets Manager from time to time • Ensure that targets as agreed in Pool or other agreements are adhered to in terms of return of unserviceable components to Vendor Obtain Market for parts and tooling currently in for repair • Evaluate Tear-down report and Costing to ensure best possible commercial transaction • Evaluate Tear-down Report and Costing to ensure repairs are carried out according require Workscope including scheduled overhauls and other maintenance •

Good work enviroment

I loI love working for Solenta, its an amazing company with amazing people, it gets difficult at times but its always an amazing place to work.. The good thing about it is the excellent structure, the bad is the micro management.

Excellent Learning Experience with Cultures, Diversity and Communication skills

I enjoyed working at Solenta Aviation, gave me the opportunity to grow and gain more knowledge and experience through flying and attending Train the Trainer and Assessor Courses, in order for me to be a Line Trainer and Inflight Profeciency Checks on any crew.

Feeling stagnant

A typical day at work is filled with some kind of gossip people are mostly friendly, unfortunately I have not gained any knowledge during my time with the company as the position I am in is very junior the most challenging aspect is being fll of life, trying to grow but there is no room for growth at this point

Very good company to grow your Aviation experience

I have been doing outstation Aircraft Maintenance in the Middle East making sure of quick turnarounds and quick defect rectifications on Aircraft and their related Engines. I also Managed the outstation Base making sure it's ready for CAA and Internal Audits and rectifying all the findings. Suggested so many Safety Issues in the Kabul Airport for Airport management to review their strategies to manage the Airport

Pros: Great opportunity to Manage a project/contract single handedly
Cons: Kabul is very dangerous with the War going on

Good Learning experience, diverse culture

Fast paced environment, comprising of one time deliveries of spare parts, accurate invoicing and debt collection. Sourcing of time sensitive products. Ensuring that all sections of the warehouse is operating at maximum capacity, ensuring 24 hour turnaround time. Delivery of monthly inventory and financial reports. Draughting of contracts.
