I'm responsible for general operation of Local Economic development in Sol Plaatje Municipality

Leader, mentor, father and uncle I allow my staff to be able to access my office without fear but I do not comprise when it comes work matters as I expect everyone to do the job and take jobs serious.

Pros: I'm passionate about work in terms local economic development roles and responsibilities
Cons: To much political interference with administrative work

Past two years we went from a patterson salary scale to T Scale. So please review my salary i would like to see if i am earning what i should be earning.

There is huge scope of learning in terms of local economic development in South Africa

I'm passionate about local economic development development and I'm accepted to start with PhD Economic specialising in LED. I love the work I'm now accepted to at University of Johannesburg start my PhD in Local Economic Development in 2020.

Pros: There is huge cope dealing with socio-economic development matters
Cons: There lack of understanding in municipality about how to alleviate porverty without hurting the poors and ourselves in a process.
