The company is well vast in the construction and rehabilitation of the airport, airfield ground lighting and to make sure all the houses and road network has been so that all the given work ethics have been adhered to and respected. To make sure health and safety assurance on the project both in the field and at the office. Is all observed. Induction during or before any given work is carried out and all safety measures observed

Good working environment with prospect to grow

The company has given a chance to take control of the planning department where interact with all project staff and stakeholders. From this, I been able to take a lead on the development a company schedule management plan upon which all projects' scheduling is based.

Pros: Good working professional environment, teamwork is always encouraged
Cons: Less balance between life and work
